I know the bloke that wrote the other review and when I asked if he knew where he could get a hugger for a VFR800 from he took great delight in telling me about King Carbon. He raved about it to what seemed like an exaggeratory degree. The box arrived (Eventually) and I was blown away by the product. It is like a work of art. Not nasty rough bits and the detail is spot on. The first aftermarket product I have ever bought for a bike that has not needed some wangdangling with a dremel to get it to fit. The holes line up without having to sprag it out a bit or file it. It just fits! Looks better than your current favourite best thing guaranteed.

Very well made indeed (very nice build quality). Carbon fibre definitely the way forward for a bike with a single sided swinger, as there is very little flex & therefore less chance of 'movement'. A previous ABS hugger (not made by K-C) fitted to the same bike, moved about and would 'de-scrub' the right edge of the tyre which is the last thing you need if you like getting a shift on. Fitting method for this one is very simple, but well thought out and doesn't involve tie-wraps. It's very secure & fitted 1st time without resorting to a Dremel or drill. In short it looks great & works well; it might be expensive but 'buy cheap, buy twice', I know I did. Highly recommended.
